Diede brothers Steve, Wayne, Bruce, and Steve’s wife, Lillian (Bo) founded Diede Construction, Inc. in 1978 (incorporating in 1991) to provide general contracting and construction management services. Through their hard work, they have given contracting a good name: Diede. Today, the involvement of second-generation Diede family members continues the core family values of loyalty, honesty, innovation and hard work.

The DDC Approach
The founders soon determined that DDC could be most effective to their clients by doing more of the work internally. So they created teams to provide the full scope of land development and design–build services.

The strategy paid off. Today Diede Construction, Inc. is busier than ever!

• We’re on the preferred bidding list for many city, county, state and federal agency contracts.
• We’ve successfully leveraged our public sector experience into the private sector. An increasing amount of our work is negotiated design–build for private developers and owners.
• We design, build and manage properties throughout the San Joaquin Valley and Northern California.
• We continue to expand and diversify to meet the construction demands of our clients, while retaining our strength in our core services and markets.
