Diede Construction, Inc.’s Safety Program’s main focus is on injury and accident prevention.
Under the supervision of DDC’s Safety Manager, a 20+ year veteran, yearly safety training classes are held at our main office by certified OSHA safety instructors in the following:
- New Employee Safety Orientation
- Fall Protection
- Competent Person (PPE/Confined Space)
- Equipment (Hand Tool/Forklifts/Aerial-Lifts/Bobcat/Loaders/Backhoe)
- CPR
- First Aid
- Monthly superintendent and management safety meetings
- Weekly jobsite safety "tailgate" meetings
- All subcontractors are required to submit their company IIPP safety plan for review prior to job mobilization.
Diede Construction’s safety goal is for “ZERO” jobsite injuries or accidents for our employees and subcontractor workers.
