Diede has a 30-year veteran heading up our design-build team. We create the thumbprint for the entire project that includes all design, drafting, design project management, and construction coordination through turnkey. Early in the process, we work with the owner to establish a target budget. Diede then manages the entire design process through a combination of our own architectural CAD designers and outside specialty consultants.
Our highly experienced estimating department manages the competitive subcontractor bidding process. During construction, change orders that normally arise during a traditional design/bid/construction process are minimized. Our design-build process provides a single source of accountability from start to finish.
