Oftentimes clients come to DDC knowing generally where they want to build but not much about the market. We help them analyze the pros and cons and uncover the hidden costs of potential building sites.
Before a client even closes escrow on the land, we create a schematic design to help determine if the project is going to work within the market. We fill in all the blanks – unit pricing down to the doorknob – and put that detail into financial pro formas.
In our experience, the feasibility study is a worthwhile investment, saving developers anywhere from $100,000 to $500,000 on a $3 to $7 million project.
