Manteca Vehicle Maintenance

This project is a new vehicle maintenance center constructed for the City of Manteca's Maintenance Division. It is a pre-engineered Garco steel building. The building is well-insulated and features exterior wall construction using standard CMU walls and three-inch insulated metal panels. The roof uses six-inch insulated metal panels with painted finish, radiant heat floors and CNG facility. This facility supports every city department, maintaining and repairing more than 400 total pieces of equipment, ranging from compressors and specialty tools to cars and large trucks. Thousands of details go into a vehicle maintenance facility, and none can be overlooked. As a design-build general contractor, we had the experience to know what issues can develop in the coordination of important details during design and construction.
