Brothers Steve, Wayne, and Bruce Diede, along with Steve’s wife Lillian (Bo),
co-founded Diede Construction in 1978. Incorporated in 1991, DDC was founded with the goal of
GIVING CONTRACTING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT A GOOD NAME: DIEDE
Today, we design, build and manage properties throughout Northern California, with the second generation of Diedes carrying on the family values of loyalty, honesty, innovation and hard work.
Diede Construction continues to grow thanks to
OUR ABILITY TO HANDLE EVEN THE LARGEST AND MOST COMPLEX PROJECTS
—projects which require our signature creativity and our comprehensive services.
We build great buildings not by being big, but by thinking big. More importantly,
WE BUILD TRUST BY TREATING OUR CLIENTS, EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS LIKE MEMBERS OF THE DIEDE FAMILY.
This allows us to expedite projects by having transparent and productive relationship with all parties involved. Our goal is to get the contract, get on site, and get it done.
Since our founding, we have understood that we could be most effective by doing more work internally. To accomplish this,
WE ASSEMBLED TEAMS THAT COULD HANDLE THE FULL SCOPE OF LAND DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN-BUILD PROJECTS FROM START TO FINISH.
This strategy has paid off. Today, we are on the preferred bidding list for many city, county, state and federal agency contracts, and we have successfully leveraged our public-sector experience in the private sector. An increasing amount of our work is negotiated design-build for private developers and owners. We design, build and manage properties throughout the San Joaquin Valley and Northern California, and continue to expand and diversify to meet the construction demands of our clients, while retaining our strength in our core services and markets.
