The 3-story, 72-room hotel project included a variety of room designs, including standard kings, king suites, dual queen rooms, and 4 accessible-unit guest rooms. The interior common and public areas include a registration area, breakfast buffet room, and seating areas in addition to over 4,000 square feet of event center and banquet preparation area. The exterior entry includes an impressive steel porte-cochère and an exterior pool in the back for guests. This design-build project required hand-in-hand coordination of various design disciplines, with DDC providing progress constructibility review, budget review, value engineering, as well as turn-key construction through FF&E.
