Meadow Glen Apartments

Diede Construction, Inc. was awarded this contract in June 2012 and began construction of the 6 buildings within a couple of weeks. The project included construction of 32 apartments and a community center. It was ground-up project and was completed within schedule. The scope of work included demo, grading, paving, architectural concrete flatwork, ornamental fencing, underground, playground equipment, masonry walls, roofing, siding, 2nd story underlayment, waterproof deck system, windows and sliding doors, vct flooring, ceramic tile, metal casework, Corian counter-tops, kitchen appliances and new landscape and irrigation system. The materials on this project were all purchased under the Buy American act. This project was completed on a rigorous schedule in which DDC worked very closely with the IOR, architect and Owner in order to complete this project with minor changes and within schedule.
