New Construction Design-Bid-Build in Modesto
Diede Construction, Inc. was awarded as the prime contractor for the Bennett Place Affordable Housing project, located at 721 Lincoln Avenue, in Modesto, California. The project consisted of two (2) new construction apartment buildings eighteen (18) units and a remodel of the existing (E) structure. The existing structure was a old house that was on the lot, which was constructed to become the managers unit, along with the a “teen” center. The eighteen (18) units were a mix of two (2) bedroom, studio and handicapped rated units. The project included full site utilities, new parking lot, and fully landscaped.
