PROVIDING EASILY ACCESSIBLE SERVICES
This project exemplified the transformation of the Lodi High School Aquatic Center through a comprehensive renovation encompassing the pool, locker room, and gym facilities. Our strategic approach prioritized the pool as the project catalyst, enabling Western Water Features to initiate pool construction. This phased strategy, starting with the pool shell installation, facilitated the safe and efficient progression of other trades around it. Subsequently, our team seamlessly transitioned to enhance the locker rooms and gym, ensuring minimal disruption to students, faculty, and staff.
Throughout the construction, we prioritized safety by creating secure passages and walkways, allowing access to surrounding areas while rigorously securing active construction zones. The utilization of the Lease-Leaseback delivery method empowered collaborative early engagement with the District and Architect, fostering constructability and cost efficiency assessments. Our commitment to value engineering opportunities during pre-construction and continuous reassessment throughout construction underscored our dedication to achieving a cost-effective outcome.
